This Appl seems to have disappeared from the store…and my iTunes is determined to update it, but keeps telling me it’s unavailable. What’s going on?

    • Steve says:

UPDATE: 1.3.8.3 is now out in the app store.
Yes, the update failed on non-multitasking devices and needed to be pulled from the store to prevent people from downloading the error. Apple does not allow rolling back to the previous release. Sorry for your inconvenience.

So i swear when i downloaded it it said the sleep timer and the alarm volume were seperatly controlled… So what am i doing wrong… My alarm doesn go off louder then the sleep… if it goes off at all….

I will definitley look into this issue and do further testing. You can try setting the fade-in timer to both off one time, and 1 minute another to see if one or the other setting solves the issue. If you can give me the following info that might help me debug your issue: App Version, Device Type (iphone, ipad), iOS Version(3.1.3, 4.2.1, etc)I just tested Snooz 1.3.9 on an iphone4 (4.2.1) device setting the sleep timer very low, and the alarm volume on high, starting playing music, turning the sleep timer on, and then the alarm went off at the correct high volume.I will continue to test this issue and thank you very much for your feedback.

        App Versiob 1.3.9

        iPhone 3GS

        iOS Version?? hmm 4.2.1

not when i open it, it automatically closes….

        • Steve says:

          Try rebooting the phone.
Try deleting the app and reinstalling it from the app store.

If it still is closing right after you open the app then it’s a larger issue that I’ll need to fix. I also have recently found someone who has a 3GS to test and they were able to download 1.3.9 and it has been working for them, I will continue testing and see if I can determine what the problem is that is causing the app to close immediately.
